- Forging is a rapidly advancing technology in which metal is skillfully hammered to make it much stronger and tougher. Typical forged components include the gears and crankshafts of construction machinery and automobiles, but as one of the few specialists in hot forging stainless steel in Japan, we continue to search for more ways to leverage our advanced technologies to meet users’ needs.

- Casting is the process of melting metals into liquids and pouring them into molds to create the desired shapes. Although not as strong as forged products, cast products are less expensive to manufacture and allow for greater freedom of design and complexity of shapes. Cast components function alongside forged components on the periphery of automotive combustion engines—we focus on the precision casting of stainless steel among those components, constantly refining our technical capacity to meet and exceed users’ demanding standards and desires.
