Eiji YamauchiPresident & CEO, Yamashin Industry Co., Inc.

From the Control Tower of the YAMCO Group

Yamashin Industry is a stainless steel and special steel specialist at the core of the YAMCO Group with manufacturers Yamashin Steel and Kusuda Kinzoku.
The three most important attributes of a trading company are product knowledge, the ability to provide solutions, and the ability to systematically aggregate information. Our sales and marketing policy is to build trust-based relationships with a constant focus on empathy; these relationships help our salespeople improve their expertise and provide better solutions to customers’ problems.
The ability to systematically aggregate the latest information about stainless steel and other types of special steel from around the world is also extremely important—it is a force that guides the Group. Our employees have extensive skill with this ability, which I believe improves the entire YAMCO Group.
Our efforts to provide products in a wide range of fields have resulted in higher sales over the past several years. Demand for our products should continue to increase because they are essential for semiconductors, digital technology, EV and hydrogen vehicles, renewable energy, and other components of the future of our world.
As the control tower of the YAMCO Group, Yamashin Industry will continue to evolve with a watchful eye on global circumstances.
